Yoga & mindful living

I have this idea of mindful living. Something along the lines of "one day I will do it". Haha.

So I figure I better start now.

I will be updating this page with daily yoga practice, mainly for accountability. I am very clumsy. I think it's because I have been on auto-pilot for so long, unaware of my surroundings.

This mindfulness and yoga project (lifestyle?) will assist me with overcoming the drudgery, and living more in the moment.
